Dr. Mitesh Jain graduated from T.N.Medical College and B.Y.L. Nair Charitable hospital, Mumbai in the year 2004. He did his ophthalmic residency from H.V. Desai Eye Hospital, Pune following which he did his long term Cornea and Anterior Segment fellowship from the prestigious L.V. Prasad Eye hospital, Hyderabad in 2012. His prime focus is on Cataract Surgery, Corneal Transplant and Refractive Surgery.
He has performed more than 10000 Cataract Surgeries during his career and more than 250 Corneal transplant including anterior and posterior lamellar transplant. He is among the few surgeons who do keratoprosthesis surgery and stem cell transplant. Dr. Mitesh Jain has done numerous refractive surgery including LASIK, PRK and ICL. He has scientific publication in international and national journals. He is a member of various ophthalmic associations.
